Hullo Vanessa,
I have tried what y'all accept told me to exercise. I turned off all the non-Microsoft services in msconfig and I disabled all my Startup Programs in Task Managing director. After that I restarted and I tried to offset all the services and alter it to Automatic. It didn't piece of work, the aforementioned fault occurred. I got out of Make clean Boot at present but I have noticed a few things nearly the service.
- All the other Bluetooth Services start except the Bluetooth User Back up Service
- I see a thing chosen Starting time parameters. Practice y'all think I need to add something to that?
- All the Bluetooth Services have a tab called Log On, and all the other Bluetooth services have a username for logon called "Local Service" but the Bluetooth User Account service has no username just it has a password. Do you lot think I may need to add together my username and/or modify the password?

you can alter via registry entry
i added photos, i changed in my registry editor , to five as demo get-go value every bit 2
tyoe gegedit in cmd and printing enter

I take tried to do it just the BluetoothUserService_3396... service and the Starting time type changed dorsum to 3 from ii though the other'due south stayed the same

i have tried a lot but in Bluetooth user support service_dbc03 saying parameter non correct.
in dependencies, proverb no dependencies. how to add dependencies?

thank you for your suggestion - it worked for me, buuut:
Few days ago my Bluetooth Logitech Mouse M535 stopped working. Since then, I've tried and so many things, nothing works.
1. When I try to add together my BT mouse in Settings, organisation does not encounter it, but when I close the Settings, it shows in Notification window:
We are setting up BT Mouse ...
BT Mouse is set up and ready to become.
ii. Troubleshooting. This shows: Bug found: check Bluetooth radio status. Fixed. That's it.
3. Device manager: it shows my mouse and other stuff. At first after my stopped working Device managing director showed that at that place was smthng wrong with BT, obviously due to new commuter. I returned to erstwhile commuter: nothing. installed new driver: no error, but all the same mouse is not working.
4. Bluetooth User Back up Service - did it too [automobile and running], but I had to manually changed registry as Raju suggested, I had "parameter not correct" message. Nevertheless no progress.
5. I have tried what Vanessa suggested: I turned off all the non-Microsoft services in msconfig and I disabled all my Startup Programs in Task Director.
Any hints?

I did it in rubber mode. Working [machine and running], but still my mouse is non working, although organisation plainly sees it and it is paired, just NOT working - light on mouse is blinking fast - it does then when it looks for a connection with calculator.
